CPA spends $1.4 million on Carmel 3BD

Leonard P. Danna and his wife, Karen, bought a three-bedroom, two bath at 24439 San Juan Rd. in Carmel for $1.4 million from Alfred Johnson on June 29.
Coldwell Banker/Del Monte-Pebble Beach's Carol Winningham listed the 1,340 square foot home for $1.475 million.
Mr. Danna has worked as a CPA Audit Partner with accounting firm Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Co., LLP. He joined the company in 1999.
He'd previously spent 25 years with Grant Thornton, LLP, heading the firm's Bay Area Government Service Practice.
Mr. Danna also serves as the Audit Partner in charge of the Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency, Monterey Salinas Transit, San Mateo County Transit District, and the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board.
He has a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University.
