James McLachlan Jr. and his wife, Marguerite, sold a three-bedroom, two bath in Monterey at 56 Cuesta Vista Dr. for $900,000 to David and Rebecca Brock on July 12.
The McLachlans paid $140,000 for the property in April 1981.
Harbor Realty's George East listed the 2,175 square foot home for $980,000.
