Alex Pakter sold a four-bedroom, three bath in Salinas at 17423 Avenida Los Altos for $1.2 million to Kimberly Linyard on July 19.
Pakter paid $828,000 for the property on April 13.
The 3,932 square foot home was listed as high as $1.9 million.
Linyard is a Recruitment Coordinator with health insurance provider Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco.
Pakter is the owner of New Solutions Financial Group, LLC, which performs real estate consulting.
