Ross and Patricia Gaudoin bought a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Carmel at 28880 Robinson Canyon Rd. for $1.12 million from Dodie Gaines on July 27.
The 2,615 square foot home was listed for $1.195 million.
Mr. Gaudoin, a native of Salinas, has recently worked as a lawyer at the firm of Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger in Wheeling, W.V. He specializes in estate administration and planning and real estate law.
He has a B.S. and a J.D. from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa.
He and Patricia still own property in West Virginia.
Gaudoin has worked as a real estate agent in the Monterey area.
