Jack and Delores Sloan sold a three-bedroom, two bath in Monterey at 2081 Marsala Circle for $805,000 to Brent and Julia Hall on Aug. 16.

RE/MAX Santa Clara Valley's Jerry L. Hill listed the 1,300 square foot home for $810,000.

The Halls sold their home at 205 Soledad Dr. for $750,000 on Aug. 14.
