Ann Aaroe bought a four-bedroom, four bath in Salinas at 15 San Fernando Circle for $1.24 million from Phil and Constance Vincenz on Aug. 21.
Mr. and Mrs. Vincenz paid $300,000 for the property in July 1990.
The 4,550 square foot home was listed for $1.39 million.
