CNS research associate spends $699.5K in Marina

Dr. Fred L. Wehling bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Marina at 3124 Ocean Terrace for $699,500 from Philip Tafoya on Aug. 28.
Tafoya paid $675,000 for the property in July 2004.
The 2,350 square foot home was listed for $705,000.
Dr. Wehling is a Senior Research Associate and Education Coordinator for the Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey.
Before joining the CNS in 1998, he was a consultant at RAND, Coordinator of Policy Research for the University of California's Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation, and a researcher at the Cooperative Monitoring Center at Sandia National Laboratories.
Dr. Wehling has a Ph.D. in Political Science from UCLA (1992) and has taught courses on international security and Russian foreign policy at the University of California-San Diego.
He is co-author of World Politics in a New Era.
